These are the terms for using Hatch. By creating an account or using Hatch, you agree to them. We have kept them short and fair.
What Hatch does
Hatch helps you plan and start a small business. It creates a business idea, a plan, prices, a website, social posts and daily steps, and gives you an AI coach. It is a tool to help you, not a guarantee of results.
Not professional advice
Hatch gives helpful guidance, but it is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It does not register your company or handle your tax for you. For anything that really matters, please check with a qualified professional.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and do not let others use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You need to be old enough to run a business where you live to use Hatch.
Your content and website
You own the business ideas, text, photos and website that you create with Hatch, and you are free to use them. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure you have the right to use any photos you upload and that your website is honest and lawful. Do not use Hatch for anything illegal, harmful or misleading.
Payments
Building your business and shaping your website is free. Some features, such as going live, are paid. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is handled securely by Stripe. If something goes wrong with a payment, email us and we will help.
Fair use
Please use Hatch reasonably. Do not try to break it, overload it, or resell it as your own. We may pause or close accounts that misuse the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep Hatch running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free, and it is provided as is. We are not liable for losses that could not reasonably be expected, and nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.
